Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of the stuff.market website and the Telegram bot @StuffMarketApp (together, the “service”). The service is operated by a sole proprietor based in Cyprus (“we”). By using the service you agree to these terms.

1. What the service does

We collect listings from public Telegram groups in Cyprus, sort them into categories and send notifications about new listings. Categories, tags, prices and locations are assigned by AI and may contain errors.

We do not sell goods, are not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers, do not verify goods or sellers and do not accept payments for goods. Deal with sellers directly in Telegram and inspect items before paying.

2. Account

You sign in through Telegram: when you press Start in the bot, we receive your Telegram ID, name and username. Paid features are available only to persons aged 18 or over.

3. Rules

You may not scrape the site, interfere with its operation, circumvent paid feature limits or use sellers' contacts for spam. We may restrict access to the service if you break these rules.

4. Paid features

Some features may be paid. Their description, price and duration are shown on the site before payment. Prices are in euros. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive or store card details.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each paid period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in the “Subscriptions” section of the site or by email to support@stuff.market. After cancellation you keep access until the end of the period already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

5. Refunds

Within 14 days of your first payment or of any renewal you can request a full refund by emailing support@stuff.market, no reason required. If a paid feature did not work through our fault, we will refund the affected period even after 14 days. Refunds go back to the original card, usually within 5–10 business days.

6. Changes to the service

The service is provided “as is”. We may change or discontinue features. If we materially reduce a feature you have paid for, you may request a refund for the unused period.

7. Liability

We are not responsible for the content of listings, the conduct of buyers and sellers or the outcome of transactions. Otherwise our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months, except where the law does not allow such a limitation.

8. Changes to these terms

We publish new versions of these terms on this page. We will notify you through the bot at least 14 days before changes that affect paid features.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law of your country of residence in the EU.
